• 6. How long is the production time ? 2014-08-05

• Normally 7 to 15 working days . This will be based on your request and quantity . We can give our valued clients first priority if their project is very very urgent .
• 7. How about the delivery ? 2014-08-05

• For goods less than 100KG we suggest deliver by express (DHL , FedEx , UPS or TNT) to your office , warehouse or home . If the goods is between 100 and 300KG we suggest by air to airport close to you . If it’s heavy and more than 300KG we deliver them by sea to the sea port close to you . We can also provide combined delivery (by air and by sea or other terms based on situation ) if necessary .
• 8. How to get my goods ? 2014-08-05

• By express - Door to Door . About 3 to 5 days to reach you .
  By air - You can take the shipping documents(Bill of Lading , Packing List and Invoice) to the airport to pick up the goods . Normally 7 days .
  By sea - All the related shipping documents will be sent to you for customs clearance and pick up . Normally 10 days to 60 days based on different countries / area . For example , to Japan about 10 days , to Australia about 18 days , to America / Canada about one month and to Africa about two months .
